It is really awesome to see how God is working and providing. It's so encouraging when i have my 4th qnd 5th graders providing money for my trip. They are excited for me whcih means alot. they dont only give me their extra change, but some give money they have saved up for themselves. Also to see them realize how important it is to go tell others about God, and to hear them be so excited when they know someone else who is going or who is on a mission trip. What's really awesome is that God provided money for my trip from my really close homeless buddy. It means so much that he gave what He had and for the glory of God.
Every day is so encouraging, God continues to bless me and show me that this is truly His will for me. so far I have $794.47. and.... I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!
From my aftercare kids and a co-worker~ $109.80
Online donations~ $610
people involved in the singles group~ $64.67
GOD IS AMAZING!!!!! Thank you everyone for being a part of this mission trip, and having God use you!!!
I always had a heart for missions, as a young girl I would see videos of others from different countries and had a desire to reach out to them. Christmas of 2005 My present was being able to go on a mission trip to Ecuador at the age of 15. A year later at church a married couple said they were looking for high school/ college students to go to Romania on a missions trip. I went to the meeting, and that's when I knew I should go. We also took a trip the next summer, While I was there in the village I felt God calling me to petris, Romania. I know He wants me to move there and start a church one day. I was called to The Novas Project when my friend asked me to be his prayer partner for The World Race. I was so excited for him and while praying for him asked God about me going as well. AIM called me and I found out that I could not go on the world race, I asked which Team I could be on and they told me about The Novas Project. I prayed about it, and knew this is what God has planned for me.
